Our History

Pro-Tech Biomedical Services (PBS) has been providing quailty services to medical offices across the southeastern United States since 2016. 

 

Initially started over two decades ago, in 1989,  as small department within Physician Sales & Services (PSS) our shop grew from nothing to a thriving service department with a reputation of quality affordable service. In 2013, McKesson Medical-Surgical acquired PSS and a decision was made in 2016 to focus on new equipment Sales.  This decision ultimately resulted in the disbanding of the repair department.

 

This turned out to be a blessing in disguise because it afforded us the opportunity to form PBS - allowing us to turn our laser focus on our customers needs.  Through all our iterations, we have learned the value of customer service which laid the foundation for what PBS is today.  We have gotten to sincerely and thoroughly know our clients as well - as their equipment. We have established trust and strong relationships with our customers.
